Membership Terms
- All plans are bi-annual (two maintenance visits per year).
- Membership is valid for one year and renews annually upon payment.
- Renewal notices are sent 30 days prior to expiration.
- Payment is due at the time of service; flexible arrangements available.
- Accepted payment: cash, check, card, or automatic bank transfer.
- After-hours emergency calls are billed at 1.5× your membership rate.
- Complimentary condensate flush & treatment at contract start.
- Not a warranty; does not replace manufacturer or extended warranty coverage.
Not Covered
- Equipment replacement
- Refrigerant leaks requiring major repairs
- Ductwork issues or modifications
- Electrical supply issues beyond equipment connection
- Water damage from clogged drains beyond standard treatment
- Any work not specifically listed in the selected plan
